15tables
7-8 guests each + sweetheart table (2)
- Seats at tables
- 122
- 7 empty seats
- Room size, at least
- 2,730 sq ft
- including a dance floor of about 520 sq ft
- Draft the seating chart about 4 weeks before the wedding and finalize it a week before, once the RSVPs are in. Seat older guests away from the speakers.
How we calculate
- We take the people at the sweetheart or head table out of the guest count and split the rest so every table has almost the same number of guests - instead of one half-empty table at the end.
- Capacity: a 60" round seats 8 comfortably and 10 snugly, a 72" round 10-12, an 8-ft banquet or farm table 8-10. If your venue gave you a different number, enter your own.
- Room size: about 15-17 sq ft per seated guest, 22 sq ft per person at the head table, a dance floor of about 4.5 sq ft per guest (at least 150 sq ft, since not everyone dances at once), plus 10% for aisles.

Questions and answers
How many people fit at a round table?
A 60" round seats 8 comfortably and 10 if you squeeze. A 72" round seats 10 comfortably, up to 12.
Sweetheart table or head table?
A sweetheart table is just for the two of you, so your wedding party can sit with their dates. A head table seats you with the maid of honor and best man or the whole wedding party - that is why we ask who sits there.
How big a dance floor do we need?
Plan on about 4.5 sq ft per guest, since only part of the crowd dances at the same time. For 100 guests that is roughly 450 sq ft, about a 21 × 21 ft floor.

- Venue and catering Per-guest price for adults and kids, the bar, vendor meals, a day-after brunch, and the service charge and tax that turn a $100 menu into about $130.
- Outdoor wedding cost Tent, flooring, tables, power, restrooms, staff, and a rain plan - everything a field doesn’t come with.
